- Inn rooms: All rates are per night, based on double occupancy, plus tax. Add $10 per extra person per night.
- Vacation homes: All rates are per night, plus tax and administrative fee.
- Weekends (Fri & Sat)- 2 night minimum stay.
- Holidays (Dec. 26- Jan 2, M.L.K. weekend, Presidents Day weekend)- 3 night minimum stay.

Policies
- For guaranteed reservations a 50% percent deposit is required within five days; balance due upon arrival.
- All rates are subject to applicable tax.
- MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express are welcome.
- Reservations can be cancelled up to 14 days prior to arrival with no penalty. Deposits cannot be refunded for later cancellations.
- There will be no refunds for early departure.
- Guaranteed rooms are held until 9 pm.
- Check-in is between 3-6 pm. Check-out is 11 am.
- Rates include a full breakfast daily (inn guests only- no breakfast provided to home renters).
- All rates based on double occupancy. Add $10 each additional person.
- All of our guest rooms are non-smoking - a $250.00 cleaning charge will be assessed for anyone who chooses to ignore this policy.
- Sorry, no pets.
- Rates subject to change.
- Ski packages are offered for weekly non-holiday stays. Lift ticket packages are not offered between December 15th and January 2nd.
