In enjoying a fine meal, wine has traditionally been the beverage of choice to compliment and enhance the unique flavors of professionally prepared food. At Jackalope's View, we have prepared a list of wines that will complete your dining experience with us. From French Burgundies to Australian Cabernets, the wines on this list are organized by varietals but within each varietal they are not placed in any order or by priority of price. We have two 700 bottle cellars so that we can ensure the quality of the wines that we have to offer. If we are currently out of a certain wine, we apologize. Certain listings have limited availability. If you find something you would like to cellar at home, let us know.

The growing recognition for New Zealand Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Méthode Traditionelle sparkling wines, Riesling, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot blends is helping to further cement New Zealand's position as a producer of world class wines For many years the wine industry has been aware of the shortcomings associated with the use of cork as a seal for bottled wine. A small percentage of wine was ‘corked’ – spoiling the taste and occasionally rendering the wine undrinkable. An undetermined volume of wine was tainted by the cork seal to a varying degree – sometimes not detected, or sometimes contributing to an opinion that a wine was not of good quality. This is the reasoning for most of New Zealand wines to be “screw top” lids.
